We need to output only the new job title. The original: “Petugas Lapangan – Kota BEKASI”. The new title must be 25-60 characters. Must be natural, professional. Should mention company? Not necessarily but could include location. Let’s craft: “Field Agent – Kota Bekasi (Home Credit Indonesia)”. Count characters: Field Agent – Kota Bekasi (Home Credit Indonesia) length: let’s count: “Field Agent – Kota Bekasi (Home Credit Indonesia)” => characters: Field(5)+space(1)+Agent(5)+space(1)+–(1)+space(1)+Kota(4)+space(1)+Bekasi(6)+space(1)+(Home(4)+space(1)+Credit(6)+space(1)+Indonesia(9)) + parentheses 2. Sum: 5+1+5+1+1+1+4+1+6+1+4+1+6+1+9+2 = 48? Let’s recalc: 5+1=6, +5=11, +1=12, +1=13, +1=14, +4=18, +1=19, +6=25, +1=26, +4=30, +1=31, +6=37, +1=38, +9=47, +2=49. So 49 characters, within 25-60. Good. We can also do “Field Agent – Kota Bekasi, Home Credit Indonesia”. Count: “Field Agent – Kota Bekasi, Home Credit Indonesia”. Count: 5+1+5+1+1+1+4+1+6+1+4+1+6+1+9 =? Actually “Field(5) space(1)=6 Agent(5)=11 space=12 dash=13 space=14 Kota=18 space=19 Bekasi=25 comma=26 space=27 Home=31 space=32 Credit=38 space=39 Indonesia=48. 48. Good. 25-60. We also must keep “Field Agent” maybe is good. Keep “Petugas Lapangan” maybe not needed. Use English for industry? “Field Agent” is acceptable. They want popular terms. Could also be “Field Sales Agent” but not necessary. The job is “Field Agent”. Thus output only the new title

Field Agent – Kota Bekasi, Home Credit Indonesia
